We are in Poblats Maritims, a traditional Valencian barrio where people still live the way Valencia has always lived. Local bakeries, neighbours on the street, and a beach 15 minutes on foot. No tour groups, no overpriced terraces.
Metro Line 10 from the local station (5 minutes walk) takes you to the old town in 20 minutes. Free parking right outside. The City of Arts and Sciences is 15 minutes by bike. Our lofts are stylish and comfortable, but the real draw is the city outside your door.
