1. About Us
SleekLofts is a collection of privately owned short-term rental apartments located at Calle Manuel Andrés 19, Valencia, Spain. Bookings are managed directly by the property owner ("we", "us", "our") through this website (sleeklofts.com). By making a reservation, you ("the guest") agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.
2. Bookings and Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability. A reservation is not confirmed until full payment has been successfully processed and a booking confirmation email has been sent to the address provided by the guest. We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued promptly.
Guests must be at least 18 years of age to make a booking. The person making the reservation is responsible for ensuring that all members of their party comply with these Terms.
3. Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking. All prices are quoted in Euros (€). Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
A one-time cleaning fee is charged per booking and is included in the total shown before payment is confirmed. Cleaning fees vary by apartment: €20 for apartments 1A, 1B, and 1C; €25 for apartments 0A, 0B, and 2A.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- More than 14 days before check-in: Full refund, including the cleaning fee.
- 7 to 14 days before check-in: 50% refund of the total amount paid. The cleaning fee is non-refundable.
- Less than 7 days before check-in: No refund. The full amount is forfeited.
- No-show: No refund. The reservation will be cancelled after 24 hours from the scheduled check-in time.
Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. To request a cancellation, contact us at stay@sleeklofts.com with your booking reference.
5. Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in: From 15:00 (3:00 PM)
- Check-out: By 11:00 (11:00 AM)
Detailed check-in instructions, including key access information, will be sent to the guest's email address 48 hours before the scheduled arrival. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and is subject to availability; additional charges may apply.
6. Occupancy and House Rules
The maximum occupancy for each apartment is as stated on its listing page. Exceeding the stated maximum number of guests is not permitted and may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all apartments.
- Parties, events, or gatherings beyond the stated maximum occupancy are not allowed.
- Quiet hours are observed from 22:00 to 09:00. Please be considerate of neighbours.
- Pets are not permitted unless explicitly agreed in writing prior to booking.
- The apartments must be left in a clean and tidy condition at check-out.
- Tampering with or removing any property, fixtures, or fittings is strictly prohibited.
7. Damage and Guest Liability
Guests are fully responsible for any damage caused to the apartment, its furnishings, or its contents during their stay. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear will be charged to the guest. We reserve the right to invoice the guest for repair or replacement costs following departure, using the payment method on file via Stripe.
We ask guests to report any pre-existing damage or issues upon arrival to avoid misunderstandings.
8. Liability and Force Majeure
We are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during your stay. Guests are encouraged to arrange appropriate travel insurance.
We shall not be held liable for any failure to perform our obligations where such failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, pandemics, utility failures, or other force majeure events. In such cases, we will make every reasonable effort to offer an alternative date or a full refund.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
We process your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish data protection law (LOPDGDD). Your data is collected solely for the purpose of managing your booking and complying with legal obligations. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except where necessary to process your payment (Stripe).

10. Modifications to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated date. The Terms in effect at the time of your booking will govern your stay.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Valencia, Spain.
