We have 4 properties located nearby this famous urban beach. They are in a neighborhood that, while safe, is pretty rough around the edges (think graffiti, noise and “quirky” locals): is not for the faint of heart! On the other hand, you’ll be at walking distance from the beach, the University of Valencia and surrounded by restaurants, nightlife, supermarkets, subway etc.
