Sleek Lofts – Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Sleek Lofts. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our properties and services. By making a booking, you (“Guest”) agree to comply with these terms. Sleek Lofts (“we,” “us,” or “our”) reserves the right to update these terms at any time.


2. Applicable Law, Booking and Payment

  • Applicable Law: Bookings are regulated by the Spanish Ley de Arrendamientos Urbanos (LAU), as “Seasonal Rental”
  • Reservations: Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of payment.
  • Payment: A deposit of 30% of the total fee is required to secure the reservation. The remaining balance is due 7 days before check-in.
  • Payment Methods: We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or other methods listed on our platform.
  • Taxes: All prices include applicable taxes (e.g., VAT/IVA) unless stated otherwise.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Guest Cancellation:
    • Cancellations made 45 days or more before check-in: Full refund.
    • Cancellations made 8 – 44 days before check-in: 50% refund.
    • Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in: No refund.
  • Host Cancellation: If Sleek Lofts cancels your booking, you will receive a full refund.
  • Force Majeure: No liability for cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics).

4. Check-In and Check-Out

  • Check-In: From 3:00 PM. Early check-in must requires prior approval and may incur fees.
  • Check-Out: By 11:00 AM. Late check-out requires prior approval and may incur fees.
  • Access: Instructions will be provided before arrival. Guests must provide valid ID/passport.

5. Occupancy and Use

  • Maximum Guests: The property accommodates the number guests stated in the confirmation message. Exceeding this limit voids the agreement.
  • Prohibited Activities: No parties, commercial use, smoking, or pets (unless pre-approved).
  • Damages: Guests are liable for damage to the property or contents. A security deposit of € 20 may be held and refunded post-check-out after inspection.
  • Quiet Hours: Respect local noise regulations (e.g., 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM).

6. Liability

  • Sleek Lofts is not liable for:
    • Personal injury, theft, or loss of belongings.
    • Interruptions to utilities (e.g., water, electricity) beyond our control.
  • Guests are responsible for securing personal valuables.

7. Privacy Policy

  • We collect personal data (e.g., name, contact details) solely to manage bookings. Data is processed in compliance with the EU’s GDPR and Spain’s Ley Orgánica de Protección de Datos. Requests, please contact us as sales@sleeklofts.com

8. Complaints

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Valencia, Spain.


10. Miscellaneous

  • Eviction: We reserve the right to terminate stays for violations of these terms, without refund.
  • No Tenancy Rights: This agreement does not create a landlord-tenant relationship.
  • Entire Agreement: These terms supersede prior agreements.
