– Smoking, parties and pets are currently not allowed. Quite hours starts at 23:00
– Visitors are allowed without any additional charge. However, overnight stays for guests are not permitted.
– If you are making a reservation on behalf of someone else, please notify us prior to making the reservation or immediately after. We can’t guarantee access to the accommodation for guests who cannot be identified or do not provide documentation.
– Should a neighbor report a disturbance after 23:00, and it is determined that the guest is responsible, a penalty of 50 € or a deduction from the security deposit will be imposed to compensate the affected neighbors.
– In the event that a guest accidentally damages the property, we ask that you inform us right away. By addressing the issue amicably we may involve the insurance and thus reduce any potential charges.
– Overstaying is not permitted. Unauthorized overstays that result in the cancellation of upcoming reservations will incur a penalty fee of up to 200 € per day. In severe cases, we may involve local authorities.

Our refund policy is as follows:
– full refund if cancel up to 30 days before check-in (payment fees are not refunded)
– 50% refund between 29 days and 7 days
– no refund thereafter
